Psychological Support in English-Compassionate Guidance, Wherever You Are

Psychological support tailored to your story

Are you navigating life abroad and feeling the weight of stress, uncertainty, or loneliness?
You’re not alone — and you don’t have to face it on your own.

Living in a new country can bring unexpected challenges. From cultural adjustment and identity shifts to relationship struggles or the simple desire to understand yourself better, talking to someone who listens — without judgment — can be a powerful first step toward change.

My name is Kasia, and I offer psychological consultations in English, Dutch, and Polish. I work with adults from all walks of life — expats, professionals, students, and anyone seeking clarity or emotional support. People often tell me they’re looking for someone who not only understands their language, but also their emotional reality. That’s what I aim to offer: calm, compassion, and a grounded space for reflection and growth.

Over the past years, I’ve worked - and continue to work - in a general medical practice in the Netherlands, where I regularly supported English-speaking clients. Their feedback — often expressing how much they valued being truly understood — inspired me to make my services available in English as well, through my own private practice.

What I offer:

  • Psychological consultations and emotional support
  • Guidance through life transitions, stress, anxiety, and burnout
  • Support in rebuilding confidence and inner resilience
  • A space to reflect, find clarity, and rediscover direction

How I work:

Every session begins with listening — because what works depends on who you are.
I draw on various therapeutic approaches, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), tailoring each session to your unique needs. I do not provide medical diagnoses. Instead, I offer a safe, respectful space to explore your thoughts and feelings, grounded in both clinical experience and genuine human connection.

What you can expect:

  • Professionalism and confidentiality
  • A respectful, non-judgmental environment
  • A tailored, flexible approach that meets you where you are
  • The option to meet online or in person at my private practice in the Netherlands

A bit about me:
With a background in forensic psychiatry, addiction treatment, and mental health support for young people, new mothers, and those navigating high-pressure environments, I bring broad clinical experience to our sessions. I work with people going through grief, emotional crises, anxiety, and depression — but also with those who simply want to live with more clarity, balance, or connection.

Supporting people is not just my profession — it’s something I do with intention and heart. I believe real change begins in relationship: when we feel seen, heard, and accepted for who we are.
